Who can take part
- Advanced prostate cancer (mCRPC) that has spread, with a PSA level of 4 or higher and worsening within the last 6 months, OR advanced clear-cell kidney cancer that has spread
- For prostate cancer: received at least 2 prior cancer treatments; for kidney cancer: received at least 1 prior cancer treatment including a PD-1/PD-L1 therapy
- For prostate cancer: must have had surgery to remove testicles OR be taking hormone therapy (LHRH medication) to keep testosterone very low, and agree to continue it during the study
- Have recovered from side effects of any previous cancer treatment (or side effects are mild/manageable)
- Did not receive cancer treatment in the 3 weeks before starting the trial
