Who can take part

  • You are a man age 19 or older with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
  • Your cancer shows a lot of the PSMA protein on scans (a special PET scan marker).
  • You've already tried a newer hormone therapy like abiraterone or enzalutamide, and it stopped working.
  • You have not had chemotherapy with docetaxel specifically for this stage of your cancer.
  • You have not received immunotherapy (like pembrolizumab) before, and you don't have an active autoimmune disease needing strong immune-suppressing drugs.
