Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are enrolled in the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort (SJLIFE) study
- If you are a survivor, you received certain cancer treatments (platinum chemotherapy or radiation to the neck or chest)
- You have not had a stroke or major heart surgery (like bypass, stent, or valve replacement)
- You can understand and sign a consent form (or have a legal representative do so)
- If you are a control participant, you cannot be a close relative of a cancer survivor or have a history of cancer
