Who can take part
- You have gastric adenocarcinoma (stomach cancer) that is stage II–III and can be surgically removed
- Your tumor must have MSI-H or dMMR genetic markers (determined by a tumor biopsy)
- You have never received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy for this cancer
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0–1), and your organ function meets specific lab standards
- You are 18–75 years old and expected to live at least 6 months
- You have no active autoimmune disease, HIV infection, or severe uncontrolled medical conditions
