  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • Your stomach or junction cancer is locally advanced (spread to nearby lymph nodes but not far away) and can be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic marker called dMMR or MSI-H.
  • You are in good general health (ECOG score 0-1) and have not had any previous cancer treatments like chemo, radiation, or immunotherapy.
  • You have adequate organ function (heart, kidney, liver, and blood counts are working well).
