Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with greater trochanteric pain syndrome (GTPS)—pain on the outer side of your hip—by a doctor or healthcare provider
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You are willing to participate in the study and follow the exercise program
  • You are physically able to safely perform the prescribed exercises, as confirmed by your NHS healthcare provider
  • You own or have access to a mobile phone
  • You do not have severe medical or psychiatric conditions that would prevent you from doing the exercises
