Who can take part
- Female, age 18 or older
- Good overall health and able to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0–1)
- Diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer OR high-risk hormone-positive breast cancer that needs chemotherapy before surgery
- No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or hormone therapy for this cancer
- Able to have multiple breast tissue biopsies (small samples) during treatment
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and not planning upfront surgery instead of treatment
