Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18–45 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with PCOS with irregular or absent periods (longer than 35 days between periods, or fewer than 8 periods per year) plus signs of excess hormones or cysts on the ovaries
  • You have a smartphone (Android or iOS) and are willing to use the study app regularly
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You do not have diabetes, severe liver or kidney disease, or certain other hormone or heart conditions
  • You have not taken medications like metformin, birth control pills, or weight-loss drugs in the past 3 months
