Immunotherapy and targeted drugs for advanced triple-negative breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18–75 years old
  • You have advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (ER, PR, and HER2 all negative) confirmed by biopsy
  • Your cancer has not been treated with chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced disease (prior adjuvant/neoadjuvant therapy is okay if it's been ≥6 months since you finished)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor and are expected to live at least 3 months
  • Your organs (blood counts, liver, kidneys) are working well enough for treatment
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study and for 4 months after
