Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have head and neck cancer that has come back or spread and can't be removed with surgery or treated with radiation with intent to cure.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1) and expected to live more than 12 weeks.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain limits (no transfusions or growth factors within the last 2 weeks).
- If you've had prior treatment, you must have had at least one line of therapy that included platinum chemotherapy and an anti-PD-1/PD-L1 drug (unless you're in the group that has not had any prior treatment for recurrent disease).
