Who can take part

  • Moderate to severe pelvic organ prolapse (stage II or higher on clinical exam)
  • Need surgical treatment for your pelvic organ prolapse
  • No history of urinary incontinence before surgery
  • No current urinary tract or reproductive system infections
  • Never had prior surgery for incontinence or mesh repair for prolapse
  • No neurological conditions like stroke, multiple sclerosis, or spinal cord injury
