Who can take part

  • You have a solid cancer (not blood cancer) that is advanced, has spread, or has come back, and cannot be treated with surgery or approved drugs
  • Your cancer can be measured on imaging scans (RECIST v1.1 criteria)
  • You are well enough to be active most of the day (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • You have adequate liver, kidney, and heart function
  • You are willing to have tumor biopsies taken during the study
  • You expect to live at least 12 weeks
