Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Either have documented heart disease (ischemic heart disease) or be generally healthy with no major diseases in the past 5 years
- Able to lie still inside a scanner for the imaging procedure
- Weigh 300 pounds or less
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not have had excessive radiation exposure in the past year (more than 50 mSv)
- Have a fasting blood sugar level of 200 mg/dL or lower
