Who can take part

  • You are currently serving in the military or are a veteran.
  • You identify as male.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a problematic anger screen result (DAR-3 > 8).
  • You can read, write, and speak English.
  • You are currently located in the United States.
  • You do not have active psychosis or mania.
  • You do not have acute thoughts of harming yourself or others.
  • You are not expecting to be deployed outside the U.S. in the next 3 months.
  • You are able to provide informed consent.
