Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have type 2 diabetes that's not well controlled by diet and exercise alone, or by current diabetes medications
- Have been on your current diabetes medication(s) at the same dose for at least 45 days before signing up
- Be willing and able to attend study visits and follow study procedures
- Not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
- Not currently taking or planning to take GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic or Wegovy) if future studies will test those drugs
