Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of radiation therapy, an immunotherapy drug called toripalimab, and chemotherapy given before surgery for stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor before removal and improve survival outcomes.

  • Cancer has not been treated with any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy
  • Lungs are strong enough to handle surgical removal of part of your lung, as confirmed by your surgeon
  • Blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are adequate

Chemo and immunotherapy with targeted radiation before surgery for lung cancer

This trial tests giving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted radiation before surgery for people with non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors and improves outcomes.

Hangzhou, Zhejiang
NCT06800339Recruiting· Phase 1
Immunotherapy and radiation before surgery for lung cancer

This trial tests combining chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a low dose of radiation before surgery for people with non-small cell lung cancer that is borderline resectable (can potentially be removed but is close to nearby structures). It aims to see if this approach can shrink the tumor enough to allow successful surgery.

NCT04933903Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant low-dose radiation plus immunotherapy before lung surgery

This trial tests whether giving low-dose focused radiation and two immunotherapy drugs before lung surgery can improve outcomes for people with operable, resectable non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to shrink or control the cancer before surgery and help reduce the chance it comes back.

NCT06467617Recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy and chemo before and after lung cancer surgery

This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) plus chemotherapy and another drug (recaticimab) before and after surgery for people with stage II or III lung cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if this approach helps shrink tumors and improves outcomes.

NCT06492421Recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy before surgery for lung cancer

This trial tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs directly into the tumor before surgery can shrink non-small cell lung cancer and improve outcomes. It is for people with early-stage (IIIA) lung cancer who are candidates for surgery.
