- You are 18 years or older
- You wear a removable partial denture (acrylic plastic denture) on your upper jaw, lower jaw, or both
- Your remaining natural teeth and overall health are in good condition
- You can commit to following specific oral hygiene and denture-cleaning instructions
- You have not taken systemic antibiotics, antifungal medications, or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 3 months
- You do not have severe gum disease, untreated cavities, or conditions that make it hard to brush your dentures
