Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with stage III or IVA gynecologic cancer and are planning to receive chemotherapy before surgery at City of Hope Orange County
- You are at least 18 years old and able to read and write in English
- You are willing to meet with a rehabilitation specialist, do a tailored exercise program, and complete follow-up assessments
- You do not have cancer that has spread to distant parts of your body (stage IVB)
- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have not already been doing vigorous exercise regularly in the past month
