  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with or suspected to have ovarian cancer and need surgery
  • Your surgery is scheduled at least 3 weeks away from your first appointment
  • You are able to exercise safely (no serious health conditions that would make exercise unsafe)
  • You are not currently receiving chemotherapy before your surgery
  • You speak and understand English well enough to participate
