This research study tests a new MRI imaging method to measure how much radiation reaches your bone marrow during a standard prostate cancer treatment called Lu-177 PSMA therapy. The goal is to help doctors better understand and protect bone marrow during this treatment.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (confirmed by biopsy or cell sample)
- Your doctor believes you are a good candidate for Lu-177 PSMA radiopharmaceutical therapy (a standard prostate cancer treatment)
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are able to lie flat on your back for 30 minutes or longer during MRI scanning
- You are in overall good health (ECOG performance status 0–2, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- You have not received chemotherapy or radium-223 therapy within the past 4 weeks
