- Speak English and live in the United States
- Have a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score below 25, indicating mild cognitive concerns
- Own an Oura Ring (a wearable device) and maintain an active membership throughout the study

- Be in general good health with no major medical changes in the past 3 months
