Percepta for Cognitive Optimization

This study tests whether Percepta, combined with wearable ring tracking, can help improve memory and thinking skills in people with mild cognitive concerns. You'll use an Oura Ring to track health data and complete app-based surveys to see if the treatment helps your cognitive function.

Who can take part

  • Speak English and live in the United States
  • Have a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score below 25, indicating mild cognitive concerns
  • Own an Oura Ring (a wearable device) and maintain an active membership throughout the study
  • Have regular access to a smartphone for surveys and data sharing
  • Be in general good health with no major medical changes in the past 3 months
  • Not be taking cognitive-affecting medications like donepezil, methylphenidate, benzodiazepines, or nootropic supplements
