PET scan imaging test for newly diagnosed prostate cancer

This study tests a new imaging agent (68Ga-NYM032) used with PET/CT scans to help doctors better detect prostate cancer before surgery. If you have biopsy-confirmed prostate cancer and are planning to have your prostate removed, this trial may help evaluate whether this new imaging method improves cancer detection.

Who can take part

  • You are male and at least 18 years old
  • You have biopsy-confirmed prostate cancer (cancer diagnosis confirmed by tissue sample)
  • You are planning to have prostate removal surgery with pelvic lymph node removal
  • You are in good enough health to survive at least 6 more months (ECOG score 0–2)
  • You can understand and sign an informed consent form
  • You haven't had other radioactive imaging agents in the past 2–4 weeks
