- You are starting a new advanced psoriasis medication for the first time
- You can visit your dermatologist in person at weeks 2, 4, and 16 after starting treatment
- You receive your first dose of medication within 2 weeks of joining the study
- You are not currently in another psoriasis registry or blinded clinical trial
