  • You are an active-duty service member
  • You are between 18 and 64 years old
  • Your lower back pain has lasted 1–3 months (not brand new, not chronic)
  • You can attend massage sessions and follow-up visits as scheduled
  • You can sign a consent form showing you understand the study
