Who can take part
- You need primary hip osteoarthritis requiring your first hip replacement surgery
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a fully mature skeleton
- Your hip bone structure must be healthy enough to support the implant without extra cement
- You cannot have had previous hip replacement or hip fusion surgery on this hip
- You cannot be pregnant, have an active hip infection, or be severely immunosuppressed
