Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your breast cancer is hormone-receptor positive (HR+) and HER2-low (a specific protein level).
- You have never had treatment for breast cancer before (no surgery, chemo, radiation, or hormone therapy).
- Your cancer is stage II or III and has at least one high-risk feature, like spread to lymph nodes, tumor larger than 2 cm, high grade, or fast growth (Ki-67 ≥20%).
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
- You are not pregnant, and if you can have children, you agree to use contraception during treatment and for 6 months after.
