Who can take part
- Age 18–70 years old
- Biopsy-confirmed breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (ER and/or PR positive) and HER2-low
- Stage II–III cancer (moderately advanced but not spread to distant organs)
- At least one risk factor: lymph node involvement, tumor ≥2 cm, grade 3, or high Ki-67 score (≥20%)
- No previous chemotherapy, radiation, targeted drugs, or hormone therapy for breast cancer
- Adequate blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function; normal heart rhythm
