- Diagnosed with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma that cannot be surgically removed, confirmed by biopsy
- Specific tumor type: pMMR/MSS (a genetic pattern that determines which patients may benefit)
- Age 18–75 with good overall health (ECOG score 0–1) and expected to live at least 3 months
- Normal or near-normal blood counts, kidney, and liver function within 7 days before starting
- Never received prior chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for stomach cancer
- No severe heart disease, active infections, autoimmune disease, or immunodeficiency (including HIV)
