Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have advanced stomach cancer that hasn't spread too widely and cannot be surgically removed right now.
- Your cancer has not been treated with any chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy before.
- Your cancer cells have a HER2 score of 1+ or 2+ on a lab test (this is not the same as HER2-positive breast cancer).
- You are in good general health with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities).
- You have adequate organ function as determined by blood tests (kidney, liver, bone marrow).
