HS-20093 for advanced esophageal cancer after prior treatment
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a new cancer drug (HS-20093) for patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma—a type of esophageal cancer—that has gotten worse despite prior chemotherapy. The drug targets a protein called B7-H3 found on cancer cells to help your immune system fight the cancer.
