Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 85 years old
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (either clinically established or clinically probable) according to standard diagnostic criteria
- Your Parkinson's disease is at Hoehn-Yahr stage 2 or higher (meaning symptoms affect both sides of your body or you have balance problems)
- You have been on stable Parkinson's medications for at least 4 weeks and are willing to keep them stable during the study
- You do not have metal implants (like pacemakers or cochlear implants) that would make brain stimulation unsafe
- You are able to undergo MRI scans and do not have conditions that make MRI unsafe
