Who can take part
- Diagnosed with primary lung cancer (a first diagnosis, not a return of previous cancer) within the past 12 months
- Have a pathology report (tissue sample confirmation) from surgery or biopsy confirming your lung cancer type
- Be able to clearly remember and describe your medical history and any symptoms before your cancer diagnosis
- Not have recurrent lung cancer (cancer that came back after treatment) or cancer that has spread to other parts of your body
- Have complete medical records available, including your cancer stage and type
- Be able to understand and answer survey questions about your health history and screening
