Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old
- You have cervical cancer (squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous type) that has returned or spread and cannot be cured by surgery or radiation alone
- You have not received any systemic cancer treatment (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy) for your recurrent or metastatic disease before
- You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
- You can swallow pills normally and have adequate organ function (liver, kidney, heart, blood counts)
- You are in good enough physical condition to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–1) with expected survival of at least 3 months
