Who can take part
- You have cervical cancer that spread to pelvic lymph nodes (stage IIIC1p or IIIC2p) and have had radical surgery to remove the tumor.
- Your cancer cells tested positive for PD-L1, a protein that can help immunotherapy work.
- You are in generally good health, able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had any prior treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors (a type of immunotherapy).
- You do not have active autoimmune disease that requires treatment, and no cancer remaining after surgery that can be seen on scans.
