This study tests a new type of PET scan (a detailed imaging test) called [68Ga]Ga-FAPI that may help doctors see cancer better and faster than standard scans. You'll receive this experimental scan to see if it improves cancer detection before surgery.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have suspected pancreatic cancer OR confirmed stomach/esophageal cancer (depending on which group enrolls you)
- Your cancer appears treatable with surgery based on initial imaging
- You are able to read and understand Danish and provide informed consent
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You weigh 140 kg (308 lbs) or less
