Who can take part
- You have an autism diagnosis, are waiting for an autism assessment, or identify as autistic and score high on an autism screening test
- You are 18 years old or older and able to consent to the study
- You receive care from Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust and won't be discharged during the study
- You have completed mental health assessments and have a care plan in place
- Your mental health clinician believes you are stable enough to participate and will stay involved
- You can read and write in English fluently
- If you take mental health medication, your dose has been stable for at least 3 months with no planned changes
