Who can take part

  • You are a first-year nursing student starting in the 2025-2026 school year
  • You are taking Health Assessment I or II courses for the first time
  • You have never had formal training in heart and lung exams (summer school, certification, or similar)
  • You are willing to attend all training sessions and complete all quizzes and assessments
  • You are not currently receiving treatment for anxiety or other mental health conditions
  • You can commit to showing up for all theory classes, practice sessions, and tests
