  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer and had surgery at least 3 months ago
  • You can understand the study and answer questionnaires on your own
  • You do not have serious heart, liver, or kidney disease
  • You do not have cognitive or psychiatric disorders that would prevent participation
  • You do not have advanced cancer that has spread to other parts of your body
