Who can take part

  • You are 37 years old or younger
  • You have at least one frozen embryo from a previous IVF cycle that is of good quality (rated 4BC or better on the Gardner scale) and is 5–6 days old
  • Your BMI is 24 or higher (considered overweight by Asian population standards)
  • You have not had more than one failed embryo transfer in the past
  • Your uterus is structurally normal with no adenomyosis, blocked tubes, scar tissue, or fibroids
  • If you have diabetes or an immune condition, it must be well-controlled with medication
