Who can take part
- You must be between 40 and 80 years old.
- You must have a COPD diagnosis confirmed by a breathing test (spirometry) showing FEV1 between 30% and 80% of normal and a low FEV1/FVC ratio.
- You should have significant shortness of breath (score of 2 or higher on the mMRC scale).
- You must not have a current or recent (within 6 weeks) lower respiratory infection.
- You must not have severe or unstable heart disease, recent cancer, or need oxygen therapy.
- You must not have had a lung reduction surgery or major surgery recently.
