Who can take part

  • You work as an operating room nurse in a hospital
  • You are between 22 and 55 years old
  • You have upper trapezius pain (upper neck/shoulder area) and tenderness within 30 minutes after a surgical procedure
  • You have not had prior neck or shoulder surgery, trauma, or chronic conditions in that area
  • You are not currently doing regular breathing exercise programs
  • You do not have severe heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or skin infections in the treatment area
