Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 36 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 30 (overweight range).
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months, and it gets worse with certain neck positions, movements, or pressing on the neck muscles.
- You have a head-forward posture (a small angle between your head and neck, measured by a doctor).
- You have not had neck surgery, a neck injury, inflammatory arthritis, or a spine problem. You also haven't taken pain medication or had physical therapy for your neck in the last 3 months.
