Who can take part
- You have advanced, persistent, or recurrent endometrial cancer that is hormone receptor–positive (a lab test shows your cancer cells respond to hormones)
- You have received at least one prior line of platinum-based chemotherapy (or immunotherapy if your tumor has certain genetic features)
- You are at least 18 years old and in good enough general health to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2)
- Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges at screening
- You can take medications by mouth and are willing to avoid certain other medications and herbal supplements that interfere with the study drugs
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you agree to use reliable contraception during and for 120 days after the study
