Who can take part
- You have a type of endometrial cancer called endometrioid.
- Your cancer has come back or spread and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- You have already had at least 1 to 4 prior treatments, including platinum chemo and a checkpoint inhibitor (like Keytruda).
- Your tumor has a change in the PI3K, AKT, or mTOR gene.
- You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control if needed.
