Who can take part
- You are pregnant, aged 18–35 years old
- This is your first pregnancy with a single baby (not twins or multiples)
- You are between 24–28 weeks pregnant at the time of enrollment
- You have gestational diabetes or normal blood sugar levels (not using insulin)
- You quit smoking at least 3 months ago and do not drink alcohol
