  • You are alert and able to follow instructions clearly
  • You can lift a 10-pound weight and hold it for 30 seconds with your right arm
  • You are not claustrophobic (comfortable in enclosed spaces)
  • Your right arm has normal sensation and no skin injuries
  • You don't have a latex allergy or allergy to isopropyl alcohol (cleaning solution)
