- You are 18 years or older and in generally good health with no serious medical conditions
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18–30, and you weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women)
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 12 weeks after your last dose if you or your partner can have children
- You have not donated blood or had significant blood loss in the past 2 months
- You do not have a history of allergies to multiple drugs, foods, or common environmental triggers
- You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per week and can stop tobacco use during the study
