- Your child is between 2 and 14 years old
- Your child has asthma or a history of wheezing episodes
- Your child is being treated for an acute asthma attack (sudden breathing difficulty with wheezing)
- You receive care at a participating Osakidetza pediatric clinic or hospital in the Basque region
- Care occurs between July 2026 and February 2029
