Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.

- Your psoriasis improved by at least 75% (called PASI 75) at the end of those 5 weeks.
- You have regular records of your treatment and skin checks (good data is available).
- During the maintenance phase, you have not used other biologic medicines, small-molecule pills, or been in another clinical trial.
