Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and weigh at least 45 kg.
- You have been diagnosed with primary Sjögren's disease using standard criteria and have a positive Sjögren-related antibody test.
- You have previously tried at least two systemic treatments for your Sjögren's symptoms.
- Your Sjögren's disease is currently active (scoring at least 5 on a doctor-assessed activity scale).
- You do not have any other major autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled medical conditions, or active infections.
- You have not had certain other serious health issues like heart problems, recent blood clots, or cancer in the last 5 years.
