Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old
- You have been diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) in stage II or III
- You do not have a rotator cuff tear (a tear in the shoulder muscles)
- You do not have glenohumeral arthritis (wear-and-tear damage in the shoulder joint)
- You are willing to perform deltoid strengthening exercises as part of the study
